COACHES’ CHAMPIONSHIP CHECKLIST
- Registration process (See event website ‘For Coaches’ > ‘Registration’):

- Athletic Directors must start the registration process by completing & mandatory forms (upload all through the OFSAA HUB)

- Eligibility
- Student Waiver
- Coach Confirmation
- Complete Team & Season information form found HERE
- Book Travel – Venues and Hotels’ tab will assist you with recommended hotels and group rates.
- Shooting practice – If wanted, please register with convenor Sam Levac ([email protected]). Venues available will be Algonquin and West Ferris.
- Cheques drawn up for:

- Entry fee – $475 cheque payable to “West Ferris Secondary School”
- OFSAA Team Participant fee – $39 for the team, cheque payable to “OFSAA”
- Banquet Fee – $45 per participant, cheque payable to “West Ferris Secondary School”
- Coaches Meeting – Mandatory meeting virtual meeting found on the agenda HERE.
- Registration – Wednesday November 20 from 12:00am – 5:00pm at the Elk’s Lodge North Bay. Please let convenor Sam Levac ([email protected]) know when you plan to arrive – we will be able to accommodate up to 5 teams registering at a time.
- Team Photos – Will happen at registration. Please bring team uniform and equipment (shoes, undergarment, headbands, etc) that you wish to display in your official OFSAA team photo. Photos will be $10 each – Cash Only.
- Banquet – All team members must attend (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Banquet Information’). It will be on Wednesday November 20 at 6:00pm at the Elk’s Lodge – North Bay.
- Souvenir Clothing – Check the website for souvenir clothing information and help student-athletes plan accordingly if they would like to pre-purchase clothing (bottom of home page of championship site) – Clothing will also be available for purchase at the event.
- Playing Regulations – ensure you are familiar with the OFSAA Playing Regulations (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Playing Regulations’)
- Please inform anyone planning to travel to watch the event that a tournament pass will be $10 (cash only) at the door. One payment good for the entire championship for all venues.
