IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to some serious tech problems with regards to the HUB, coaches are being asked to PRINT and BRING their signed copy of the OFSAA Supervision sheet to registration at OFSAA in London.

“New Coaches” Webinar:

There will be a “New Coaches” webinar held on Tuesday, June 4th at 7 PM. The link will be sent via email on Tuesday at 4 PM following the deadline for OFSAA Hub Registration to those coaches who are registered on the OFSAA Hub. Association Convenors will also be asked to send this link to schools in their Association.

This Webinar is aimed at coaches attending their first OFSAA T& F, but anyone can attend.

Team Package Pick-up Times :

Envelopes containing athlete competition numbers, coaches’ wristbands, program, and schedule will be available in the front foyer of the Semotiuk-Haylor Pavilion. ONLY teacher-coaches whose name appears on the OFSAA Supervision Sheet submitted via the OFSAA Hub will be able to pick up school packages. Teacher-coaches are to ensure they are on-site to distribute bibs to competing athletes from their school BEFORE the athlete competes. Parents may NOT pick up school packages unless they are the teacher-coach for that school and on the Supervision sheet.
