Round-Robin Games day 1
- All teams will play three (3) games during Round-Robin pool play
- All games will consist of two 30 minute halves with a 5-minute half-time break
- Play stops at half-time when one team reaches 8 points, or when a point is completed after the 30 minute mark, whichever comes first
- Games end when a team reaches 15 points, or after 65 minutes, whichever comes first
- Final Point
- If time expires as you are playing a point, finish the point
- If the score is tied once the last point is played, play one final point (aka “Universe Point”)
- The final point may be needed for tie-breaking calculations
- Advancement
- First place in each pool makes it to the championship round
- Second and third place in each pool will play one crossover game with the winner moving to the championship round and the loser moving to the consolation round
- Last place in each pool will move to the consolation round

Crossover Games day 1

- If the game score has a difference of 2 or more, end the game
- If the game score is tied or has a difference of 1, play out the point
If the score is tied once the last point is played, play one final point (aka “Universe Point”) to determine the winner
- If time expires as you are playing a point, determine if that point will matter
- Advancement
- The winning team will assume the higher teams spot in their pool and move into the championship bracket
- The losing team will assume the lower teams spot in their pool and move into the consolation bracket
Championship Games day 2
- All teams will play three (3) games during the championship rounds
- All games will consist of two 35 minute halves with a 5-minute half-time break
- Play stops at half-time when one team reaches 8 points, or when a point is completed after the 35 minute mark, whichever comes first
- Games end when a team reaches 15 points, or after 75 minutes, whichever comes first
- Final Point
- If time expires as you are playing a point, determine if that point will matter
- If the game score has a difference of 2 or more, end the game
- If the game score is tied or has a difference of 1, play out the point
If the score is tied once the last point is played, play one final point (aka “Universe Point”) to determine the winner
- If time expires as you are playing a point, determine if that point will matter
General Details
- Time Signals
- A single airhorn blast will signify the start of the game
- A double airhorn blast will signify that the time limit has been reached for that game
- Timeouts
- Each team will be allotted 1 timeout per half which can be taken at anytime during that half
- Footblocks are legal at OFSAA
- Check with your opponents if you want them removed for the game
- Both teams must agree to remove them
- Sideline Access
- Players are not allowed to walk the Away sideline due to spacing restraints
- Players and coaches are allowed to walk the full Home sideline
- We expect both teams to be respectful.
