TEACHERS / COACHES / ATHLETIC DIRECTORS

  • Complete the following documents and upload them to the OFSAA HUB:
    • Athletic Directors must start the registration process by completing & uploading the mandatory forms through the OFSAA HUB by the deadlines listed on the registration section of the website (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Registration’)
  • Prepare cheques to be submitted at registration for Entry Fee, Banquet Fee and OFSAA Fee outlined on registration section of website (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Registration’)
  • Book Travel (‘Venues and Hotels’ tab will assist you with recommended hotels and group rates if they are available)
  • Record time, date, link of the mandatory coaches meeting outlined on the coaches meeting section of website (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Coaches Meeting’)
  • Check the webiste for souvenir clothing information and help student-athletes plan accordingly if they would like to pre-purchase clothing (bottom of home page of championship site) – Clothing will also be available for purchase at the event
  • Ensure you are familiar with the OFSAA Playing Regulations (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Playing Regulations’)
  • Record time, date, location of banquet – all team members must attend (‘For Coaches’ > ‘Banquet Information’)
