PRIOR TO THE EVENT:

1) Complete the Football Team and Season Form by Monday, November 18, 2024. 

2) Upload a completed OFSAA HUB Roster/Eligibility form by Tuesday, November 19, 2024 . This form is to be completed by the Athletic Director at each participating school. Please ensure that you fill in all of the columns, including POS, #, ALT #, HEIGHT, & GRADE. This information is important to the convenor.

Also please submit a numeric roster for web page – in word format – with number, name, position

3) Mandatory Form – TO BE UPLOADED ON THE HUB  DUE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2024 AT 11:59PM

Athletic Directors must start the registration process by completing & uploading the following mandatory forms through the OFSAA HUB:

  • Printed & Signed HUB Eligibility Roster (example) 
    Note: As stated previously, only 65 participants per team (56 players and 9 coaches) can register. Only these 65 individuals should appear on the eligibility sheet (you may cross off names by hand if needed).

4)  Athletic Directors/Coaches must submit and upload the remaining mandatory forms with appropriate signatures by 3:30 pm on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2024:

5) Take part in the coaches meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 7 pm. via video-conference. This meeting is MANDATORY for all teacher-coach representatives of the qualifying teams. This meeting will take place via ZOOM and the link for this meeting will be sent out by November 18, 2024.

 

GAME DAY OPERATIONS: Upon your arrival at ST. CLAIR COLLEGE  please ensure that you:

1) follow all local Public Health, School Board and OFSAA Protocols for entry and participation in the event.

2) respect the game day protocols; specific details regarding game day protocols will be made available as we get closer to the event and these details will also be shared at the Coaches Meeting on November 21, 2024.

3) present a cheque (payable to OFSAA) in the amount of  $147- for the OFSAA participation fees. This fee has been standardized for all teams who participate in the OFSAA FOOTBALL FESTIVAL

4) THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY FEE charged to each team for this year.
