Association Commitment Form

Associations withdrawing entry commitments after the April 1st deadline will be subject to penalties outlined in the OFSAA Regulations.
Please make sure that your member schools are aware of the possible ramifications of withdrawal from a championship BEFORE submitting this commitment form to the OFSAA. The deadline for all Spring sport commitments is April 1st, 2025.
