Winter Champions Can Win Prize Package! (Click Here)

Congratulations on winning your championship in 2022! Send us your team photos and we’ll give you a well-deserved shout-out!!

From the winter sports season, OFSAA would like to reward some of the victorious teams and the athletes in individual competitions with an OFSAA Winter Champions Prize Package from the official retailer of OFSAA, Canuckstuff! Just complete the form below and we’ll randomly select the winners. 

Team Sports Draws will be conducted for each winter sport by gender and classification of senior teams only (ex. Girls’ AA Volleyball).
Individual Sports Draws will be conducted by gender and the sport event as defined in the OFSAA playing regulations. (ex. Alpine Skiing – High School Girls’ Slalom).

*THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE HEAD COACH ONLY. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN DEEMED 2021-22 WINTER CHAMPION IN YOUR ASSOCIATION (ex. SOSSA). IF AN ASSOCIATION CHAMPIONSHIP WAS NOT HELD, ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM LOCAL ASSOCIATION (ex. ZONE 3) CHAMPIONS. ONE ENTRY PER TEAM OR INDIVIDUAL CHAMPION TO BE ACCEPTED.*
